Our company seeks a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the execution of international B2B events, virtual events, and marketing operations in the US region.

The ideal candidate will possess 6-10 years of experience in managing marketing events and operations, with a proven track record of delivering successful international events. They should be familiar with CRM platforms, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in event coordination and marketing is required. The candidate must also be proficient in MS Office and have strong vendor management expertise.

This role requires the ability to plan and execute events within budgetary and time constraints, while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should be willing to work in US shift timings and travel internationally 1–3 times per year for US events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end aspects of global events, spanning pre- and post-event activities such as branding, messaging, gifting, logistics, vendor and agency coordination, demand generation, and operations
  • Coordinating the event request process and maintaining accurate records in internal systems
  • Ensuring US events are properly staffed by sales and services specialists with the expertise to engage the audience effectively
  • Maintaining a detailed schedule of event deadlines, including abstract submissions and other time-sensitive deliverables
  • Assisting in drafting event-related email copy and ensuring mailing lists are uploaded by the email marketing teams
  • Capturing leads and opportunities from US events and uploading them to the CRM
