The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of market development strategies.
This role requires maintaining existing business relationships and expanding into new markets to increase revenue and brand value.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Create a pipeline of potential new opportunities, including identifying key accounts and commercializing them.
- Analyze existing business strategies and provide recommendations for future growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans that outline positioning, customer segments, products, pricing, and campaigns.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new customers to expand the customer base.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Responsible for meeting annual revenue and profitability goals.
- Accurate forecasting of revenue and growth opportunities in the territory or segment.
- Take ownership of promoting the company's brand.
- Participate in industry events and seminars to represent the company and promote its products.
- Conduct regular meetings with OEMs, end customers, and other key influencers.
- Bachelor's degree with more than 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of the refrigerant industry and relevant OEM markets and products.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with decision-makers.
- Experience working in matrix organizations where strong coordination between stakeholders is required.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
