Key Account Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing market development strategies to expand business.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Developing business development strategies to increase revenue and brand value.
  • Maintaining existing business relationships and growing organically.

You will work closely with internal teams, including products teams, technical sales consultants, and marketing, to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new business opportunities and partnerships in the region.

Sales Activities:

  • Meet new customers and expand customer base.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet annual revenue and profitability goals.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and growth opportunities in territory/segment.

Product Promotions:

  • Promote Honeywell brand through various channels.
  • Participate in seminars and industry events to represent Honeywell in the refrigerant industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with more than 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of refrigerant industry & relevant OEM market and products.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with decision-makers.
  • Work experience in matrix organization where strong coordination between different stakeholders is required.
