Business Development Manager Job

We are a leading Pension Fund Management company, PFRDA registered, and we're looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

This role involves client acquisition, account management, project execution, and promoting NPS. You will be directly contributing to expanding NPS adoption by working with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Developing and executing plans to achieve business targets and expand customer base
  • Promoting NPS to corporate and retail clients
  • Generating new leads through references, networking, and market outreach
  • Prospecting, meeting, and engaging with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs)
  • Negotiating terms, onboarding corporates, and managing client implementation
  • Conducting presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
  • Providing client support, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth servicing

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and achieve targets. The role also requires flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs.
