As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving purchasing requisitions, resolving invoice exceptions, and providing operational reporting related to KPIs. Your role will also involve helping to drive the ramp up of usage of POs to increase PO coverage and supporting end users in creating purchase requisitions, shopping carts, and goods confirmations.
Core Competencies and Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree required
- Good level of knowledge and understanding of S2P Process is desired
- Knowledge of SAP SRM, ECC, VIM, and Ariba Network is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English and Japanese)
- Excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Approve 90% of shopping carts/purchase requisitions within average time of 24 hours
- Work towards bringing down invoice exceptions within 10%
- Clear 90% of invoice exceptions within average time of 48 hours
- Capture best practices in team repository and share with team
