Key to our success is a highly skilled and proactive Guest Experience Coordinator who will support our short-term vacation rental company. As a remote position based in India, this role requires exceptional communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills. An American accent is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Experience:

  • Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with sales or reservations teams is a bonus.
