Job Overview
We are a leading player in the FMCG industry, bringing innovative products to Indian consumers. Our Marketing team is looking for passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds who can wear many hats and be comfortable with ambiguity.
You will help us drive business growth by identifying opportunities and developing strategies to achieve our goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the marketing roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Developing new products that meet consumer needs through market research and analysis.
- Executing marketing plans and improving processes to increase efficiency.
- Coordinating product launches, campaigns, and agencies to maximize impact.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree with at least 4 years of experience in Brand Management.
- Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development.
- 'Get the job done' mindset, out-of-the-box thinking, high initiative, and ownership.
- Creativity, passion, flexibility, and persistence.
- Effective communication, presentation, and MS Office skills.
- A love for food.
