Job Title: Strategic Business Development Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, analyzing the impact of changes, and supporting the business throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing business requirements and mapping them to system functionalities with technical experience in Oracle PL/SQL querying databases.
  • Understanding business requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in techno-functional BA with exposure to data warehouses and regulatory reporting frameworks.
  • Desirable: Experience in Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Transaction Monitoring, ACAMS accreditation, and proficiency in platforms like ACTIMIZE, FIRCOSOFT, MANTAS.
  • Bachelor's Degree or finance-related courses with a proven record in banking, shared services, or finance industry.
  • AML regulations knowledge and experience in transaction monitoring on different products, regions, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and ability to work in agile methodology, identifying stakeholders' needs and requirements.
