
Senior Customer Growth Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth through strategic planning, execution, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized success plans for major accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding usage across the customer's organization.
- Serve as primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, providing timely and effective resolution.
- Measure and report customer progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with account management teams to secure contract renewals and drive revenue growth.
- Participate in pilot results presentations, QBRs, and ABRs with key accounts to demonstrate value proposition and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success or project management roles, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and senior leadership.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of customer issues.
