Job Summary
Keka HR is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities in the US market and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails to present our company and its offerings.
  • Identify the needs of our clients and suggest tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Establish long-term trusting relationships with prospects and provide complete solutions/options for every customer.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and set up meetings or calls between customers and sales executives.
  • Report sales results to the sales manager.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales development, sales account executive, or similar roles in the US process.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot) and fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations, qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
