Yield Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Yield Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing publisher profit/loss, ensuring optimal yield and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Publisher Management: Monitor and analyze publisher performance to ensure maximum revenue potential.
  • Communication: Serve as key liaison between publishers, internal departments, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Technical Q/A: Ensure ad requests and inventory settings are optimal, collaborating with development teams on publisher releases.
  • Publisher Ad Lay-out: Provide recommendations to maximize yield and publisher KPIs.
  • Publisher On/Boarding: Work with supply-side platforms (SSPs) to get sites whitelisted and enhance programmatic monetization.
  • Yield Analysis: Monitor yield based on demand source by inventory/product.
  • Optimization: Analyze partner and publisher performance to optimize revenue streams.
  • Ad Operations: Proficient in DFP and SSP system settings for optimal yield setup.
  • Reporting: Publish weekly KPIs, SSP reporting, block list reporting, and partner billing and reconciliation.
  • PMP Management: Collaborate with buyers to create deals and optimize them for best performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Technology, or Business Intelligence.
  • 2-3 years of experience in online advertising/web analytics, including traffic analyst, account management, yield management, campaign management, publisher operations/development, ad operations, and data analytics.
  • Experience with DFP ad server and SSP UI/Applications (Index, OpenX, Appnexus).
  • Header Bidding Ad Tech experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of attention to detail and organization skills.
