Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OTA Revenue Manager to oversee our hotel's presence on leading online travel agency platforms such as , Expedia, Agoda, and MakeMyTrip. The role focuses on optimizing pricing, inventory, and promotions to maximize revenue, occupancy, and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage pricing strategies across OTAs to maximize revenue and profitability.

Oversee room inventory and allocations using PMS or channel managers.

Monitor competitor pricing, booking patterns, and market demand to adjust strategies.

Maintain updated and engaging property content (photos, amenities, descriptions).

Coordinate with OTA account managers for promotional campaigns and visibility offers.

Track and analyze performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace).

Forecast demand based on seasonality, local Delhi events, and historical data.

Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels.

Support online reputation by monitoring and responding to guest reviews
