Enterprise Sales Director for Cloud ERP Solutions

Achieve ambitious sales targets in the rapidly evolving SaaS and Cloud ERP space as an Enterprise Sales Director for ACL Digital.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, with extensive experience in the US, Europe, and UK markets. Develop strategic sales plans, manage client relationships, and drive the adoption of ERP solutions focusing on SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Client Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and present tailored ERP solutions.
Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales and client onboarding process.
Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to strategically position our solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
6-12 years of proven experience in ERP and Cloud-based solution sales, with a strong focus on SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
Exceptional consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to close large, complex deals and achieve sales targets.
Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, SaaS, and Cloud technologies.
