- Design and implement engagement programs for different departments and locations.
- Oversight of end-to-end onboarding processes ensures smooth cultural assimilation.
- Maintenance of an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores.
- Insights provided to managers improve retention during probation periods.
- Development of actionable dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Utilization of HR data to identify trends in engagement, attrition, and sentiment.
- Collaboration with Senior Manager – HR Ops:
- Feedback collection, onboarding tracking, engagement, and performance alignment from employees.
- System administration of PMS/OKR platforms, deadlines, and compliance.
- Design and management of engagement, pulse, and exit surveys.
- Analysis of survey data to derive actionable insights and share findings with leadership.
- Recommendations and implementation of changes based on outcomes to strengthen satisfaction and retention.
- Leadership of Slack rollout as a platform for collaboration and engagement.
- Communication campaigns that build trust and clarity across employees.
- Timely and transparent HR updates to employees.
- Partnership with leaders to localize engagement initiatives.
- Collaboration with HO leadership to align engagement with organizational goals.
