Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance patient experience, service excellence, and leadership capabilities within our hospital network.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning strategy and adult learning principles, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive L&D plans aligned with business objectives.
  • They will establish structured learning roadmaps for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams, and design behavioral and leadership training programs to meet the needs of these groups.
  • The role holder will also be responsible for implementing onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees and developing leadership development programs for departmental heads and high-potential employees.
  • In addition, they will facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the network and establish training assessment metrics to measure the impact of these initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will also gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program effectiveness and analyze training ROI and business impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ultimately, this individual will play a key role in driving learning initiatives and promoting a learning-focused organizational culture throughout the hospital network.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a service-related industry (aviation and hotels preferred), with significant contributions to or management of the end-to-end Learning and Development function
