
Customer Experience Enhancement Specialist

As a Regional Retail Trainer, you will be responsible for enhancing the in-store customer experience through delivering, implementing, and reinforcing training programs across stores in a specific region.
This role involves working closely with store managers and champions to onboard new hires effectively and assist in leadership development to create a pipeline of high-performing employees.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching, with a deep knowledge of customer service, sales psychology, and product positioning.
The key responsibilities include:
- Training Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct engaging workshops on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques using role-playing exercises, simulations, and on-the-job coaching.
- Onboarding & Development: Work with store teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and provide guidance on skill development to achieve individual and team goals.
- Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as NPS, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and conduct regular one-on-one coaching and team feedback sessions to address skill gaps.
- Store Visits & Training Audits: Regularly visit stores to observe customer interactions and provide real-time coaching, and conduct store training audits to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
