Job Title: Software Development Leader

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation in software development while improving performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst different technologies
  • Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, architecture, and design
  • Constantly learning and looking for ways to improve yourself and processes around you
  • Mentoring and supporting other team members through code reviews and technical leadership
  • Working in an agile team environment as a self-starter and conscientious member
  • Passionate about coding and proficient in it
