Lead Patient Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Patient Analytics Specialist to drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions for our clients.

About the Role:

As a Lead Patient Analytics Specialist, you will lead end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, including scoping, planning, and delivery. You will analyze claims data to provide strategic insights such as patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation. Additionally, you will oversee the development of Tableau dashboards and other visual tools to support client decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
