
Strategic Growth Manager

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic alliances with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals for medical financing solutions through our platform.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development.
- Identify new revenue opportunities by analyzing patient needs and introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals.
- Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
- Set revenue goals and manage the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to refine our lending solutions.
- Ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders.
- Take ownership of the city-level P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.
- 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
- Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Prior experience in medical financing, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
- Exposure to India's fastest-growing fintech/health-tech ecosystem.
- A high-impact role with direct influence on healthcare access for patients.
