  • As a Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers to provide excellent service and support, fostering long-term relationships.
  • You will also be responsible for delivering smooth onboarding experiences and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Addressing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently, focusing on retention and growth is another key aspect of this role.
  • Leverage sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, informing business decisions is crucial.
">Required Skills & Qualifications:">
  • A graduate degree in any field is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Bonus points for additional proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, or Gujarati.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with no errors in MTI/RTI, grammar, or pronunciation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Experience in Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles is preferred.
