Employee Relations Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling employee concerns and grievances in a fair and professional manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and manage all formal grievances and complaints
  • Conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation
  • Mediate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
  • Advise employees and management on grievance handling procedures
  • Identify recurring patterns and suggest process or policy improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in employee relations, grievance handling, or a similar role
  • Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
  • Ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
  • High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
