Job Title: Credit Cards Fraud Investigator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fraud Detection and Prevention: Investigate and analyze credit card transaction data to identify potential fraudulent activity

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless case resolution and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Any graduate degree
  • Experience: Minimum 1-4 years of experience in fraud management, dispute resolution, or a related operational role within the payments or banking industry
  • Skill Set: Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, card schemes, and fraud detection methodologies; analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex transaction data; excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
