Job Title: Product Specialist

We are seeking a Product Specialist to oversee Transaction Monitoring tools and mitigate financial crime risk.

The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in Management, Statistics, or Mathematics, or an engineering degree from a reputable institution.

  • Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring, with at least 5 years focused on financial crime threat mitigation tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, technical roadmaps, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience as a Product Owner managing Transaction Monitoring tools is essential.
  • Project management and presentation skills are also required.
  • Certification from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists is preferred.

  • Expertise in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
  • Integration of TM systems with core banking platforms and data warehouses, including cloud platforms for scalable TM solutions
