Are you a sales professional looking to drive revenue growth and expand your client base? We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales professional to lead our Domestic Non-Employee Benefit efforts in Delhi, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining corporate clients, generating revenue, expanding the client base, and providing tailored insurance solutions to corporate entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with corporate clients by understanding their insurance needs. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing corporate clients. Develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Prospecting: Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and market trends. Prospect new clients, analyze their risk profiles, and create compelling insurance proposals.
  • Policy Presentation and Negotiation: Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, explaining insurance solutions and negotiating policy terms. Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to negotiate favorable terms on behalf of clients.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation of policies, contracts, and client information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, insurance, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in corporate sales, business development, or a similar role within the insurance industry is advantageous.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, business development, or insurance broking are beneficial.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and sales-related software.
