What to Expect:

As a trainee, you will undertake challenging assignments throughout our offshore delivery center organization in corporate HR, including recruitment, talent management, and organizational development, learning and development, finance, market research, etc.

During each rotation, participate in different projects. We expect you to operate hands-on and take responsibility simultaneously.

Requirements:
  • Ability to navigate AI systems.
  • Interest in strategic planning or an MBA background.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Maturity and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, or General Management.
  • No more than two years of working experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • International mindset.
  • Good command over the English language.
  • High ambition; constantly drive improvement and set stretching goals.
  • Able to identify market drivers and passionate about customer service.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A team player who is interested in colleagues' motives and behaviors, driving collaboration.
  • Developed skills from extra-curricular activities like sports, volunteer work, internships, or committee activities.
