Role Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader who will be responsible for supervising, guiding, and motivating a team of Business Development Executives. The Team Leader will ensure daily targets are achieved, performance is tracked, and the team is aligned with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and performance-monitoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
  • Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets.
  • Ensure adherence to KRA benchmarks (calls, call duration, conversions).
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Track productivity and share performance reports with management.
  • Motivate team members to maintain high morale and discipline.
  • Handle escalations and resolve team challenges efficiently.
  • Collaborate with HR for recruitment and training of new team members.
  • Align team efforts with company objectives to maximize growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Business/Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or team handling.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Handled a Team
  • Ability to motivate and drive a team towards goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
