About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Business Development Leader to lead our sales initiatives in Gujarat. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who can develop strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for bathware products across Gujarat.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify and explore new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners to ensure smooth operations and maximize ROI.
Team Leadership:
As a Sales Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Sales Officers, and front-line sales staff. You will provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity, drive field discipline, and structured reporting.
Market Intelligence & Brand Promotion:
You will work closely with the marketing team to execute ATL/BTL activities, track competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning, and ensure strong in-market visibility and brand recall across retail touchpoints.
Operations & Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor analysis. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth operations, monitor receivables, and ensure timely collection of dues.
