We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International Customer Support Representative.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a high school certificate and 6 months of BPO experience, or for fresh graduates, to provide high-quality support to international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communication Skills: Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers clearly and professionally.
- Training: Participate in a mandatory one-month in-office training program in Mumbai.
- Flexibility: Work a standard 5-day week with two weekly days off to support international customers.
Requirements:
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- 6 months of BPO experience or be a fresh graduate.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
