
Channel Partner Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents. This key role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with external property consultants, sourcing verified clients through partner networks and references, and driving registrations and bookings by activating the channel partner network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing broker meets and field visits, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow, and providing regular feedback and market intelligence.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development. You should possess strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad, as well as excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
This is an opportunity for a self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused individual who is comfortable working independently. While an owned vehicle is desirable, it is not essential for this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and onboarding channel partners, brokers, and agents
- Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with external property consultants
- Sourcing verified clients through partner networks and references
- Driving registrations and bookings by activating the channel partner network
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead flow and provide regular feedback and market intelligence. Your strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad will help you to drive business growth and success.
