The role of the Program Lead Alliances is to manage and drive Retail Trade & Forex Business growth through alliances with national and regional influencers of business, such as CA Firms, CS Firms, Law Firms, FinTechs, Consultants, etc. This involves executing partnerships targeted at achieving income delivery, driving initiatives that focus on maximizing income delivery, expanding market reach, and enhancing overall performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic planning, stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the selection, documentation, negotiations, and business initiation for partners, as well as ensuring the health of business from partners and timely business settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing partnerships to achieve income delivery and drive business growth
- Selecting, documenting, negotiating, and initiating business with partners
