Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Role

This is a challenging role for a highly skilled FP&A professional with strong expertise in financial planning & analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, ensuring timely delivery of divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.

  • Leads a team to deliver analytics packs with insightful information.
  • Owning service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions.
  • Drives transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.
  • Partners with finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Leads annual planning by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Closely coordinates close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepares content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Develops sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and delivers deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities.
Requirements
  • Post-graduate qualification in accounting with at least 12+ years of experience in finance.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to thrive independently and in a team environment.
