About This Role:

Job Overview:

The Proposal Developer will play a key role in crafting compelling and compliant proposals for federal government opportunities.

  • Review and analyze federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders to identify key requirements and develop effective proposal strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and create well-structured proposal content that showcases our company's expertise and capabilities.
  • Manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
  • Develop and maintain compliance matrices and ensure all submissions meet solicitation requirements.
  • Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal development for US federal government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR) and ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective proposal strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • US citizenship or work authorization required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APMP certification or Shipley methodology training.
  • Experience supporting proposals across multiple industries (IT, staffing, healthcare, logistics, professional services, etc.).
  • Familiarity with proposal tools (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.).
