Job Description:

Our organization seeks a seasoned proposal expert to lead the development and management of high-quality business proposals that align with our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate value propositions.

The Proposal Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely and effective delivery to corporate clients, government bodies, and academic institutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and tech, to design customised solutions and offerings that meet client needs.
  • Developing sponsorship decks, pitch documents, and partnership proposals that showcase innovative solutions and drive business growth.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive proposal content library to facilitate faster turnaround times and improve consistency.
  • Tracking proposal outcomes, analyzing feedback, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance proposal quality and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details into compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva/PowerPoint, and familiarity with proposal tools.
