The Bid Manager role is responsible for leading the development of proposal responses to RFx, tenders, pre-sales vendor compliance questionnaires and security assessments. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial RFP/RFQ/RFI review to final submission.

Your Impact
  • Develop compelling proposal responses by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, InfoSec and Product Management.
  • Leverage content management platforms, project management applications and AI to develop content and manage tasks.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate technical, financial and operational information.

This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with 10+ years' experience in delivering compliant and compelling proposal responses to customers in various commercial industries and channel partners.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.
  • Experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) and Asana is preferred.
  • Ability to deconstruct requirements and develop a compliance matrix.
  • Strong business acumen including Cyber Security, Networking and Artificial Intelligence.
