Job Overview

This role focuses on developing high-quality proposals and contracts that align with study protocols. As a Scientific SME, you will represent the company in client meetings and industry conferences to support business growth and strong sponsor relationships.

  • You will manage proposal development, including identifying opportunities and needs described in RFPs and associated documentation.
  • You will draft, review, and assist with change orders, revisions, and finalization of documents.
  • You will optimize proposal design by integrating company experience, key differentiators, and industry best practices.
About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with 2+ years of experience in scientific/medical writing, proposal development, or contract management. Your expertise should include knowledge of 21CFR Part 11, Good Clinical Practices (ICH E6 GCP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science/MIS, Science, Law, or related area.
  • 2+ years in the pharmaceutical or a regulated industry.
  • iCRO experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate business proposals and contracts for prospects and clients.
  • Draft, review, and finalize proposals, change orders, and revisions.
  • Optimize proposal design by identifying opportunities and needs described in RFPs.
  • Communicate risks associated with proposals and contracts.
  • Meet proposal and change order deadlines by establishing target dates and priorities.
  • Prepare quality assumption tables to align with study protocol.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings related to proposals and contracts.
  • Conduct follow-up after proposal submission and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at conferences and meetings to present capabilities, assist with proposal development, and other business development activities.
