Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to drive the quality of our software.
  • This includes implementing automated tests for various scenarios, extending test coverage and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • You will propose process improvements and drive their implementation as part of our continuous improvement strategy.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with automated testing, proficiency in at least one software development language and experience with Selenium, Cucumber or similar technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure early detection of software bugs through continuous testing and alignment with development teams.
  2. Implement automated tests for multiple scenarios across various country instances.
  3. Extend automation test coverage to support early detection of bugs and risks.
  4. Collaborate with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure software quality goals are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with automated testing (minimum 7 years).
  • Proficiency in at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests using JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar tools.
  • Experience in continuous integration/deployment environments.
  • Experience building tests in microservice/SOA architectures.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured or similar tools.
