
Global Strategic Client Manager

The primary objective of this role is to collaborate with the Operations team in Delhi and support the Client Development Coordinators (CDCs) across various tasks related to the management and development of Global Strategic Clients (GSCs).
About the RoleThis position involves supporting the CDCs in delivering account management services, including:
- Preparing internal and external reports
- Organizing meetings and presentations
- Conducting research on open sources
- Providing administrative assistance when needed
You will be responsible for:
- Understanding the role of a Business Developer (BD) in driving client growth
- Becoming familiar with internal tools and databases to utilize them effectively in report production
- Providing administrative support, assisting with creating reports on MS Excel and PPT
- Establishing a strong rapport within the BRS teams and other teams in the Delhi office
- Managing time efficiently to support existing CDCs in completing their tasks

- Exposure to the global shared services team model
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- A bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable institution
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a corporate MNC environment
