As a seasoned Business Development Partner, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic client relationships and driving impactful technology solutions tailored to meet their evolving needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their digital journey.
  • Lead the entire lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with client CXOs and functional heads to understand challenges and shape transformation roadmaps.
  • Drive large deal pursuits involving internal teams and technology partners.

Digital Transformation Leadership

  • Guide clients on adopting scalable technology solutions to improve business performance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that drive measurable value.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Solutioning & Innovation

  • Lead solution design efforts involving cloud, RPA, AI/ML, and custom applications.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies to provide innovative and relevant recommendations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings, address escalations, and ensure alignment.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and build strong reference accounts.

Key Requirements

  • 10-14 years of experience in sales, client engagement, and delivering transformation programs.
  • Proven success in managing global accounts and driving large deals across geographies.
  • Experience working with fast-scaling businesses and startups, crafting tailored strategies to support rapid growth.
  • Strong consultative selling and value-based selling capabilities.
  • Experience in solution design involving digital technologies (AI, RPA, Cloud, APIs, etc.).
  • Excellent commercial acumen for deal structuring, pricing, and value articulation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior decision-makers and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with global technology firms or consulting environments is a plus.
