Job Title: Business Development & Growth Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development & Growth Manager to lead our Client Acquisition & Sales Team (CAST). This individual will be responsible for developing strategic approaches to engage potential clients, planning pitches, and owning all business metrics and growth for assigned lines of business/regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets through new and existing clients
- Maintain existing relationships and focus on revenue generation from cross-sell opportunities
- Hold client meetings, understand client needs, and suggest solutions/services aligned with client requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales/consultative sales, MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of market research/consulting/business intelligence industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate and close contracts independently
- Existing relationships in mid-to-large corporates across various sectors
- Ability to work in a team and enthusiastic about growing the business in a fast-paced start-up environment
