The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with prior experience in closing large deals and engaging with CXO-level stakeholders. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as analytical expertise in data analysis and reporting.

Our estimate is that the salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet sales targets and business objectives.
  5. Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure sales goals are achieved.
  7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to effectively promote and sell company products and services.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals.
  9. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
