Job Title: Business Development Manager

This is a key role in our organization that requires the ability to identify and establish new business opportunities in untapped areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the initiation of transactions, ensuring smooth integration and relationship management within a defined timeline.

About the Role:
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to implement the sales Go-To-Market strategy for our platform business in the region.
  • You will source, engage, and onboard reliable suppliers, as per business requirements on the platform.
  • Your task will also include identifying and engaging potential consumers, building relationships and onboarding them on our platform.
  • Additionally, you will identify and establish partnerships with transporters and logistics providers to ensure seamless movement of goods for consumers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities in unexplored areas, assessing demand, competition, and market trends.
  2. Optimize the Sales Processes using CRM tools to ensure maximum productivity.
  3. Drive the initiation of transactions on the platform within the defined timeline by ensuring all key stakeholders (suppliers, consumers, and transporters) are active and operational.
  4. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, inside sales, customer success, control tower operations) to ensure smooth execution of the onboarding process and business setup.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
