Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

Market Development & Penetration:

  • Design and execute local-level promotions and incentives for dealers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through institutions and convert them into customers.
  • Implement below-the-line activities in assigned territories.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure timely complaint resolution and address customer concerns.
  • Provide in-shop branding and signage at dealer outlets.
  • Keep the Head of Department informed about competitor activities.

Dealer/Channel Management:

  • Develop strategies for dealer expansion and management.
  • Regularly visit distributors, dealers, and other channel partners.
  • Help implement national procedures and policies within the territory.

Collections:

  • Timely collection of payments from distributors, dealers, and other channels.
  • Settlement of financial claims within the agreed timeframe.
  • Tracking of prospects visited and new business opportunities generated.
  • Dealer visits and appointment of new dealers.
  • Effective credit days management.
  • Competitor updates and scheme impact assessments.

Working Relations:

  • Close collaboration with the Sales Head, Marketing, Commercial, and Service departments.
  • Strong coordination with channel partners and subordinates.

Decision Making:

  • Recommend product introductions or discontinuations based on market competition analysis.
