
Sales Expansion Specialist

The Senior Territory Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in managing the B2B business within a stated location. This position involves overseeing the expansion of distribution networks and building infrastructure to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage current distribution networks, identifying opportunities for expansion by appointing sales representatives to cover under-served markets
- Develop strategies to increase bakery conversion rates through trials and product diversification
- Establish cold chain distribution for whip topping products
- Drive market development to achieve year-on-year growth over the next 3-5 years
Impact Dimensions:
- Achieve targeted volume while supervising third-party employees
- Reduce expiry stock to zero and optimize SFA usage
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for volume growth in the bakery and ingredients business
Requirements:
- Strong market knowledge and effective team management skills
- Basic baking knowledge and proficient negotiation abilities
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and guide teams
- Proficiency in local language, Hindi, and English writing and speaking
Education Experience:
- Graduate with technical application-based knowledge
- Relevant work experience in fats and ingredients for at least 5 years
