Account Growth Manager

The role of Account Growth Manager is to drive revenue expansion and foster business development.

A highly skilled sales professional with a proven track record in navigating complex sales cycles, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Exceeding revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Demonstrating the ability to address each customer's unique inquiry, providing appropriate information and solutions based on their specific needs and interests
  • Developing business plans that align with assigned geographic and business needs
  • Strategically engaging and working with business partners
  • Collaborating with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through end users and partners

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Following up on all leads supplied and ensuring internal systems are updated
  • Leading technical resources to demonstrate our advantages to customers
  • Working with SailPoint post-sale team members to ensure consistent coverage of accounts including new sales opportunities

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A deep understanding of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing processes
  • The ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client's organization
  • Utilization of channel management and reporting tools
  • Accurate forecasting and salesforce hygiene
