Job Overview

Regional Growth Leader, you will drive business expansion and revenue growth through strategic leadership and customer-centric initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business unit, acquiring SMEs to large enterprises as paid members.
  • Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) execution across revenue, cost, and customer growth, optimizing Cost of Customer Acquisition (COCA) and boosting engagement.
  • Collaborate with product teams for enhancements, design pricing strategies, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding via cross-functional alignment and drive team productivity through clear metrics and incentives.

Requirements:

  • P&L ownership for the business unit.
  • Drive acquisition of SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises, converting them into paid members on the platform.
  • Develop and execute the AOP, covering customer growth, revenue targets, and cost optimization.
  • Optimize COCA to ensure efficient investment and sustainable growth.
  • Design and implement robust customer engagement processes to drive platform usage and maximize client value.

Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills are required. An MBA graduate from a top-tier college is preferred, along with 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales in a leadership position.
