Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Investment Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of international market expansion, including cross-border investments and market entry strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of client propositions, geography, sectors, business strengths, tax benefits, policies, and compliances.
  • Managing complete investment promotion projects for client geographies (Economic Development Organisations).
  • Conducting evaluation meetings with Indian companies/conglomerates.
  • Engaging in discussions with CXOs of Indian companies to understand their expansion plans in various international markets.
  • Identifying companies with business interests to invest/expand in international markets and generating leads.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Trade promotion bodies/Expert Network/Trade & Investment Promotion/Investment Attraction/SME-Corporate Banking/Economic Development/Market Entry with experience in business development and handling overseas clients.
  • Strong industry expertise and networks. Experience of business development will be preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English is must.
  • Understanding of Market Entry, Cross Border Investments, Internationalization via International market expansion.
  • Experience of New Business Development and Client Handling

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in any discipline, preference for Masters in fields of Economics, Finance, International Business (other disciplines will be considered where candidates can demonstrate core skills required).
  • Demonstrated ability to work inter team, collaborate, ideate, engage with clients and work in global teams.
