Key Expectations

Partnership Growth

  • Build and grow relationships with accommodation partners across key markets
  • Drive portfolio expansion by identifying opportunities within existing partnerships

Operations

  • Onboard new partners with training and support systems

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams

Must Haves

  • 6-7 years of experience in B2B Accounts, Outbound Partnership management, Account management, and Business development
  • Track record of driving growth in marketplace and platform businesses
  • Analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and data interpretation
  • Communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Process-oriented approach with experience in SOPs and operational efficiency
  • International market exposure and cross-cultural experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ERPs, Email Campaign Tools and partnership management tools

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience in PropTech, travel, or marketplace industries
  • Background in real estate, hospitality, or student services
  • Revenue Growth Experience with outbound Partners
