Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Vodafone Idea Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Channel Partners in the Agra Zone to effectively service retailers, expand distribution, and strengthen trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint and manage Channel Partners in the defined market geography
  • Ensure distributor capabilities for market extraction, acquisitions, and revenue
  • Deliver revenue and sales targets
  • Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
  • Visit markets/distributors as per PJP to strengthen market execution and trade relationships

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Telco/FMCG
  • Effective Distributor Management
  • Motivate team and build capability
  • Skilled in conflict management
  • Self-driven, can operate with minimal guidance

Education:

  • Graduate
  • English and local market language
  • Can interpret and construct performance reports
