Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and sending commercial proposals to customers for new product orders. You will also handle cold calls, sales, and have price negotiations with both customers and vendors. Additionally, you will follow up with the purchase team to get purchase orders, pricing, and send them to the respective teams.

Another key responsibility is providing product training at regular intervals, conducting training sessions for the internal sales team when required, learning about new products and technologies, and obtaining monthly product certification which is mandatory.

Meetings are an essential part of this role, including daily meetings with the sales manager and bi-weekly meetings with the Director. You will also coordinate with inside sales business development executives for follow-ups and drive the overall team to achieve committed numbers for specific products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. The ideal candidate will also have experience in field sales and customer handling, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
