About the Role:
The Area Business Manager is responsible for managing and developing a team of professionals to achieve sales targets. This includes strategizing, implementing, and monitoring business plans, as well as identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subordinates to set goals and ensure their achievement.
  • Implement strategies and systems as directed by senior management.
  • Identify and recruit talented individuals to join the team.
  • Onboard new employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
  • Manage vacant territories effectively.
  • Guide team members in resolving issues related to stockists and chemists.
  • Develop tour programs for self and team members, adhering to guidelines.
  • Analyze monthly sales data, customer coverage, and other key metrics.
  • Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs).
  • Brief subordinates on incentive schemes.
  • Achieve annual targets for all headquarters.
  • Ensure successful launches of new products.
  • Develop team members' skills in detailing, product knowledge, RCPA, and in-clinic effectiveness.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain discipline within the team.
